Paying for a car you cant use is a looser.
How could it be a looser?

You have been misinformed - it's spelt loser (pronounced 'loozer' ). Looser just means more loose (not as tight).
You're now that guy that nobody needed.
    Such a shame.
You're the native speaker who has misled a foreigner about the spelling of a simple, monosyllabic  everyday word.
That's more shameful than a shame.

Neither "looser" or "loser" are monosyllabic.

Where is the best place to look for such guy with a fairly low price?
And how shall I calculate/know what is a fair price for such a service?

If someone says £50 are you really going to be in a position to say no?

Please keep up.  The OP has now passed the test and no longer requires a driver.

I only read the first page as it was getting boring and repetitive.

Page 1 was "getting boring", so you replied onto page 9.

Why? Did you not think the intermediate 8 pages might have moved on slightly...?

Funny enough all parties interested knew what was meant, you wasn't needed or wanted. You wasted you time and that of every single person that read what you wrote.
You are that guy, not a good place to be. I feel for you.
