Company: Parking Fines Support

Hello everyone.
Disclaimer: moneysavingexpert won't let me share links. Sorry.
Firstly, thank you to all the dedicated experts enlightening us on how to approach these pesky private parking firms.
A parking charge notice was sent to my address by G24. The car park in question is the Costa Coffee and KFC car park off the A40, Perivale. The signage obviously is not clear and as a result I appealed after taking the advice of this forum and in particular the newbies thread. G24 rejected the appeal as expected and sent the usual 3 options which I won't bore you with.
I have gathered from prominent users on here that G24 "don't do courts" and often quote figures from a link (which is no longer a valid source its seems) containing bmpa G24 data.
I have noticed that the company 'Parking Fines Support' offers as part of their services support against G24 (can't post the link but search "Appeal Your G24 Car Parking Ticket here Just £18 Guaranteed" into Google and you will find the link) and say "Do they do court? Yes, this company issue court claims, but not very often". Can anyone advise on the validity of this statement? If it does go to court I am ready to stand up for myself, this is not a worry but I just want some clarity on the likelihood. Is it 0% or not?
Thank you brothers and sisters.

I have no idea whether G24 are or are not court happy, but it is irrelevant, as is something you found on a website offering a service in exchange for money. Parking companies have up to six years to issue a court claim, so even if G24 don't do court now, there is nothing to say they won't in the future.
Was the NTK PoFA compliant?
What happened when the keeper complained to the landowner and the shop managers?
Get pics of the site and signage now in case of court in the future.
If you move, tell the DPO of the scammers your new address for service and include the PCN number.
There is not much else you can do unless you get court papers in the next six years.

Yes G24 do court claims, not a lot but ive seen a few, best wait and see what happens
There are also likely to be more on the way in the near future, nothing like other companies just a trickle6 -
G24 do not issue parking fines on private land, so the company in question can not offer any meaningful support.

Costa Coffee said they are a tenant and have limited influence but will raise the issue internally (BS response). Have sent an email to their CEO (long shot) and thinking of another tactic. Have not heard back from Vanguard (who I think are the landowners). Have also written to my MP.

I have done so and also have dashboard cam footage1 -
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation.,
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers. On 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, and hopefully this will become law shortly

This is good news! Have written to my MP and I just don't see how they are allowed to be so sneaky.
How are MPs sneaky?
