Hi I was two days late paying my aqua card. Have had a charge applied that they won’t remove, they said my direct debit was not approved. I queried with them and they said there was a late payment charge and it would be reported on my file as such. It was an honest mistake but a mistake all the same. Is there anything that…

2 days late payment should not effect your credit file. Very unlikely you will get a mark on your file, although you will get the 12 pound fee. You usually have around 14-28 days grace for late payments. 2 Days if fine. Dont worry
