    I would phone them.

In my experience, phoning really works rather than sending messages via accounts.
It may just be an error.

If they've charged you a transfer fee, I have to say that 4% is pretty standard for cards like Fluid, they're for people who aren't eligible for other high end cards - I only know because they offered me one!  I have had financial trouble in the past but little did they know that Virgin and Sainsbury's both gave me credit cards. I didn't need a Fluid one.

You are not confusing interest with the transfer fee? 4% is a hefty fee.
4% is a pretty standard fee for those with bad credit histories who need to build up their credit-worthiness. Sometimes it's 3% but very often it is 4%.

Yeah the Balance transfer fee and interest are both itemised on the statement. I’ll give them a call tomorrow.

4% is probably big fee but although I recently got a mortgage which is a positive I still have an old settled ccj hence only getting rubbish credit offers. That’s why I went for the 0% balance transfer at the first opportunity.

Is the £10 charge a late payment fee?  If so you have infringed the balance transfer conditions and will incur interest.

Ive called them and she is going to raise it as a job to be reviewed. She said fluid cards typically do come with 0% BT and if it’s their mistake they will refund the interest charge.

Fingers crossed it gets sorted as I’d have just left the balance on my other card and paid it off the way I usually do.

That's good news - and have you got an interest free period on the balance transfer re-instated?
