Fluid 0% balance transfer charged me interest

I am fuming. I only opened the card for the 0% bt. Done it within a week of opening the account as per the t&cs (60 days). The offer is still available on their website now so I don’t know why they’ve charged me interest. Ive messaged them via my account. Do you think I will get the interest to 0% which is what I signed up for?

Did you open a BT card?
Did you check you were actually eligible for the offer?

As far as I know I did. I clicked the link on the offer on one of the websites... I think it was via credit karma but the same offer is also on fluids website now. It said the balance available was subject to conditions but they gave me £1200 and I BT £950 of it so stayed within the limits.

    Did you make any purchases?

What does your credit agreement say?

Remember to never fume. Just work through it logically.

You are not confusing interest with the transfer fee? 4% is a hefty fee.

No ive only done the balance transfer as that’s all I wanted it for. If it was going to charge interest then I would have just left it on the original card.

ill have to have a read through the credit agreement again. I thought I had done due diligence but maybe not.

So, does your balance state £988? As that would be £950 plus the £38 balance transfer fee of 4%.
Are yoy saying they have charged you interest on top of that?

Yeah but I had already paid the £38 prior to the statement coming on today. Plus another £10.

You may have paid too close to the statement date for it to clear in time, what does your actual up to date balance show on your online account?
Does it actually show on your statement as interest?
