Hi
I was sold an upgrade Samsung A72.
The mobile phone ordered wasn't a Samsung A72 but an Oppo A72.
On sales telephone conversation. I was clearly sold a Samsung A72.
I didnt know but Samsung A72 phone hasn't be released yet.
Should EE have to match to a  like for like, same or higher speck deal on a phone?
To add was priced a lot more for Samsung A71.

To add
Failed Service.
I was let down by Delivery apointment of the mobile phone.
I was also let down by agreed time apointment (call back) regarding matter.
From exsperience what would you suggest to be fair compensation for this bad failed service, upset & Inconvenience
