    Did you get a debt demand first, about 4 weeks ago, and was this NTK dated 21st October? 

    Some people have been affected by a data breach whereby a batch of cases went to DRPlus first, and the BPA and DVLA know about it but have decided it's OK for Smart to revert back to NTK stage...more to follow once I get the full story.

    Yes I had Debt collectors contact me but they asked for more money than what smart parking company are asking for

    Very good. 

    Smart Parking can't hold a keeper liable so if you appealed as keeper without saying who was driving, they always cancel.
