So i have looked at the PCN blue template but in regards to the overstay section of the template I have no evidence of the grace period by landowner. I spoke to them and they said 90 minutes over phone but i overstayed that0

Why do you keep telling the whole world who was driving when you have a non-PoFA compliant NTK that means the keeper cannot be held liable?
The Driver parked, The Keeper received a NTK.
If the scammers find out the identity of the driver, then they will be liable and the protection otherwise offered to the keeper by the PoFA will be wiped out.
Parking scammers read this forum.
You don't need evidence of anything other than you have a "golden ticket" NTK. It is up to the scammers to prove their case.
Why not either use the blue template as it is, or add a one liner that the NTK arrived too late for them to hold the keeper liable so they should either cancel or issue a PoPLA code.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

If people decide to tell the whole world the identity of the driver !! What is the point in appealing instead of paying the PCN ??
Rhetorical question , do parking companies read these forums ?? Answers on a postage stamp !!1 -
Why have you decided to change the draft that I provided you with? Was it worth my while when you evidently and obviously knew better?I'm away! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
