    Talk to namecheap. I had to transfer a 10gb website a few years ago, complete with Cpppermine and a couple of other 'apps' and plugins.
    i entrusted them with control panel password for the old host and they shipped the entire thing across for me, including the associated sql databases.
    Saved me some hassle.  You can change your passwords once they're finished.
    I've never moved a Wordpress site, but I'm sure it's the same process. Only have this one hosting package with namecheap. Chose them because of the size of the website. It costs me about £32 a year. Never had a problem.
    Have about 30 domain names with them. Been using then for about 10 years.
