Two Devices With Same OS but One Incompatible, Why?

I have a Samsung Tab A and a Nokia 1 phone both with Android 10 OS.
I can install the HSBC banking app on the tablet from Google Play Store but when I go to Google Play Store to install the same app on my Nokia 1 phone Google Play Store tells me that this item is not compatible with this device (Nokia 1 phone).

Why?
What is different about my phone than my tablet when they both have Android 10 on them?

One is Samsung Android Version  , Two is it Android or Nokia version of Android .

The Nokia 1 runs Android Go.  That'll be the reason.

Go is the stripped down version of Android designed for lower-spec phones.  As a result some apps will not work on it.  Most will, but some won't.

That is what it will be.
I must make sure my next phone isn't Android Go
