Obviously. You link each one to the same account (as the passwords are stored in the "cloud").
Alternatively if you use Google Chrome on each device and sign in to the same Google account then your passwords for websites will probably be stored by Google (if you've allowed that option)1 -
I use Bitwarden which works across Windows and android. You will have to check your iPhone to ensure that they have an app.
With anything like this you input the data once and can access it from multiple sources.1 -

I use Keeper which you have to pay for once you want it on more than one device, but I'm happy to pay as I want them to remain in business for many years. That said I don't think LastPass will be going out of business anytime soon. I recommend LastPass as well as Keeper.The comments I post are my personal opinion.
