PPS / BW Legal Claim - Paid for parking, incorrect Vehicle Registration Number - WON

Looks fine. I hope they sort this out fairly for you because the previous Order is wrong for a litigant in person against a represented party, even if you were not on a submarine. I reckon someone has copied & pasted wording from a different case where a consumer was suing a company, and the court clerk hasn't realised that you can't be expected to do the 'legal admin' when the Claimant is in that position in your case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-mad BW Legal called me today to discuss an offer, which i replied that i would only consider a "drop hands" offer. Was a very pleasant conversation to be honest and we discussed the Order and asked them if they received my email reference the Trail Bundle, he confirmed he had and also confirmed its quite unusual for the defendant to be expected to make such a bundle. So fingers crossed i hear from the court and they correct this error!!!2

Submarine was delayed sailing so was able to call the court. She agrees that its normally the claimant to organise the telephone hearing and bundle so will make a request to the judge today.4

Hi all. Update to my case.
So i had a letter from BW Legal offering to reduce the charge to £150 followered by a phone call prior to sailing offering to reduce it to £100 followed by an email reducing it to £60. I refuse each time stating i would only consider a drop hands offer.
A few days ago i received their notice of discontinuance which was confirmed by the court this morning.
So i guess i won. Slightly disappointed i didn't get a chance to beat them in court but at least its over after a year and a half.
Thank you all so much for all your help.6 -
Well done, a win is a win and confirmed by the court.2
