    I used Angel law on chapel Market near Angel station.
    It was £48. £40 + VAT.
    It might have gone up since but it was much more reasonable than others in London.

    I just found a solicitor on land-reg-id.co.uk which lists local solicitors who offer ID1 Forms. Plus shows the price.  And there's solicitors offering the video call ID5 Form option.

    That's the second time you've resurrected an old thread to promote that website.

    It's a dodgy looking website - I'm not sure I would trust it. 

    Are you connected to the website in some way? Your posting history makes you seem a bit like a spammer.

    It might be dodgy looking but it is a legit website

    The solicitor who I used is listed on that website so seems fine
  • Land Registry offer an ID3 form at the moment which can be signed by lots of people. We had a teacher friend sign ours and it was all accepted fine.
