Amazon Prime Morrisons shopping

So if I order from Amazon Prime Morrison's & my item is not
available when the shelf picker goes to pick it what happens about
substitutes? Do they let you know in advance or is it just "pot luck"?
Do you have to pay the subs item price or is it price matched like say ASDA do?
I can not find the info anywhere.

Anyone know?
And is it really "Same day" or can you pick a slot a few days ahead instead?
Thanks folks

You're given a choice of delivery slots once you place your order, usually same or next day.
So it is worth making sure your phone is handy!
When you order, you tick a box to say what to do if they have to substitute and you don't respond, either go ahead with the substitution or leave the item out.
My first two orders had no substitutions. My last order had three. All were sensible substitutions but all were slightly more expensive than what I had ordered.
When I spoke to Morrisons' CS a few weeks ago, they admitted that most deliveries were being made from stores and that stores have stock numbers reserved for online orders, so that's why it will be out of stock online but available in store.
I suggest that if you can, buy frozen in-store or try frozen from Iceland. First time shoppers get a discount. You can place an order of £25 and pay I think it's £2 for small order surcharge or £35 and get free delivery. Vans have freezers and come from local store, in my experience.
Amazon does sell non-fresh Morries food via ordinary Prime. I saved £9 on a case of tinned salmon compared to store price. Morries CS admitted that they sell to Amazon and deliver to their warehouses.
I had my first Morrisons delivery via Amazon last week. It was good! And delivery is no extra cost for Prime members when ordering via Amazon.
However, it seems that on the Morrisons website, there are a number of price cuts and other deals which are not there in the Morrisons section of Amazon (though there are still some).
So over, say, a year, has anyone an inkling for which would be most cost-effective?
Thanks for you help.
