TIMESHARE CLAIMS

I have been cold called by Aegis Direct saying I have a claim against timeshare companies that I was involved with. They in turn pass this onto Claims Solution Group who see if I qualify for their Solicitors to make a compensation claim for me, however they want an up front fee of between £10k-£12k to pursue this for me…

Monty199, have you asked your own timeshare company to simply relinquish your rights? Some half decent ones will do so, often for the cost of a year's maintenance fees. As you have learned to your cost, paying upfront is a complete mug's game and there are thousands like you who have lost money. If you paid the scammer by credit card, you might have a claim against the card issuer for breach of contract by the scam company if it was less than 6 years ago
