Is there a mobile network that uses O2 that I can get unlimited texts/mins + 1-3GB data for £5 ?

I live in a ground floor flat in Greater London and the reception is poor, when I first moved here I was on three but I barely got one bar of service so I changed to O2 pay-as-you-go and I get a good four bars but now I want to open a Sim only one month contract plan
I see Lebara have a great deal here for £5 unlimited text and calls and 2GB data but I don't want to take the risk of ordering and then finding I have limited service in my flat with Vodafone (who they piggyback off)
So I was curious whether anyone knew of any other providers, that are not listed on this site, that Piggyback on 02 and offer a one month rolling contract with unlimited Minutes and texts with 1-3GB data, for £5 Per month?

Or is there a way I can find out if I will have good network service with Vodafone in my flat? Besides actually opening a contract and seeing?

If you do decide to go with Lebara switch your existing number to them and they give you £10.00 bill credit.

Lebara offer "no contract" deals so you can try them out for a month for around £5 and simply disconnect the number from your billing arrangement before the month is up.

I've been trying out all 4 networks recently and discovered that the network checkers simply aren't accurate. Vodafone should have been reasonably good for me but the actual signal was poor. Three was supposed to be the worst according to the checker but actually came out best.

A postcode is a pretty broad base upon which to base network coverage. It takes no account of the construction of the building or the placement of the handset within the building.  No network can give you a precise guide to coverage.

These are the four main networks and the providers that piggyback them:
