They sent me a letter to confirm I will still receive it till June. Then I had to send review form back (things have gotten worse) by Nov 5th and not heard anything since.0

I'm sure they have received it by now otherwise your payments would have stopped. There's no timescales for any decision but expect a telephone assessment because most have them. Once an appointment becomes available they'll contact you.
