TRAVELLING FROM THE UK (RETURN WITHOUT QRTN)

Ive asked gov.uk and they said they only provide guidance, they couldnt provide a 'list' of countries/territories where you can travel to.

As of 20th October 2020, which countries/territories can you travel to (and return to the uk and not have to quarantine)?

There seems to be a mish mash of sites that do not provide accurate information.

Any help would be fantastic.

As far as I'm aware it's only Gibraltar and Greece apart from 1 island , possibly mikanos.

Gibraltar has never been on the list , no deaths and low numbers of infections

Beaware most of those have a requirement to quarantine on arrival (for up to 14 nights) or take a PCR test at your own expense.

Are you being serious The Gov UK Site is the official one and has links to the Scottish,Welsh and Northern Irish ones.
There is a rapidly diminishing list of Countries exempt from their general advice of "All but essential travel" - it's all there in Black and White. It also shows the entry requirements for each Country.

Note that some will have their own requirements on entry.

The uk gov website is clear on the quarantine requirement on return to the UK, but it doesn't say if you have to quarantine on arrival in the other country.  I don't think there is a website that brings all this together - it would be very difficult to keep up to date with the ever-changing requirements of each country. 
The "Entry requirements" section on the FCO website can give an idea, but you can only be sure by checking each individual country's government website.  And even then, it may change at any time.
