What is the problem you are having with NDR? what debt of yours do they own? Have you offered to pay them a set amount monthly that you can afford?

What payday loans do you have? are you on agreed repayments with them? (have you moved bank accounts and written to them to state what you can afford).

Best option is to everything in writing and not speak to them on the phone, it saves them bullying you or hassling you.

they are really horrible.they txt me every 2 hrs threating with court account and so rude over the phone.i said to them that i will only do things via mail and they said there company only do things via email and phone and they cant guarantee a reply even if i sent it via recorded mail.
yes i have changed banks i had to otherwise i would of lived of nothing.we are currently only living on my husbands wages as i lost mine.which i also told them, and they said that they dont care if i lost my job or not i owe Toothfairy (payday lender) money so i should live of baked beans to pay off my debt.

the only way i could get them of my back is to tell them i will pay 200£ on the 21st (tomorow) which of course i cant as i dont have that kind of money extra anymore.

and there is no number for me to call them on (there is a company with the same name but they only deal with littlewoods etc not payday loans)

really dont know what to do anymore and if i can get "out of it" by asking for a CCA i would love to.they wont even except a monthly payment plan they want it all at once.
all together i owe them 1200£ (thats including the 700£ intrest and fees they added):(:(:(:(

NDR - send them this letter - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=11571485&postcount=4 (you might want to add in about text message as well) and add in the bit at the bottom of the post as well. If after a month they are still calling you then make a complaint about them. In the meantime just ignore the texts and the calls or answer the phone and refuse to confirm your identity or hangup. Or take the call and then put the phone down whilst you go and watch tv or something.

Then write to them with a repayment offer you can afford (if its £20 a month then simply offer £20 a month, if you can afford £50 offer £50) and then just make sure you stick to what you have offered.

Payday loans do fall under the consumer credit act - but you won't get out of the debt by requesting a CCA. They will simply send you a copy of the agreement that you agreed to when you took out the loan.

Hi, I owed K & Co. about £1500 last year and I've been paying it off regularly every month at £60 (couldn't afford it but they said it was the lowest they could go).
I then lost my job last month and haven't been able to pay anything and now I received a letter this morning from K and Co. claiming that I need to pay the amount in full or further action will be taken.

I was paying my debt to NDR Money previously.

Advice please? :( I'm starting to panic!

If it's not signed and dated, then it's not your agreement. Write back with the template from earlier in the thread telling them that this doesn't meet the requirements, and you won't be paying anything else until they provide a copy that does.
