Three via Fonehouse Sim offer with cashback - not honoured.
Hello,
The Moneysavingexpert offer that expired on September 30th this year at 23:59:59 on the Three network £8pm with £20 auto cashback (£6.33 equivalent PM) for 8GB and unlimited min and text a month was not honoured by Fonehouse last night. I purchased 3 SIMs on September 30th, clicking through the sponsored link on this website. The 3 SIMs were delivered 3 days later, which I successfully installed with a PAC number for each to bring 3 pre-existing numbers across from Virgin Mobile.
Three issued the first bill for each of the 3 numbers and last night I forwarded each bill, along with the details requested using Fonehouse's Cashback Redemption Page/Form (easily found on their website). Several hours later I received a reply email from Fonehouse for each of the 3 SIMs with the same reason in each email as to why they will not be honouring the cashback, namely:
Fonehouse included a 'support' email address if I require further assistance.
Moneysavingexpert advertised a sponsored cashback offer which has yet to be fulfilled by the retailer.
Can anyone advise?

Says auto cashback? Doesn't mention submitting bills. Did you choose a different offer? Does you order confirmation email mention anything?
You may need to tell them you changed the phone number if it's confusing things.

This was the offer i chose on the Fonehouse website. The order email didn't mention anything about the cashback offer though.
I'll send them an email to confirm whether they'll be fulfilling auto cashback within 3 months and then update here.

Hi! Just to round this one off. I did get an email reply from Fonehouse customer service to say that auto cashback would be completed around end of the 3rd month of the 1 year contract. If was definitely worth checking and I hope this helps others who need a little reassurance.
