CCJ help

I have absolutely zero clue when it comes to ccjs.
Recently did a credit check to find 2 ccjs in my name.. neither experian or clear score give much info on them. Now here's the thing, and it may sound stupid, but how do I know if I have paid them? If I haven't, then how do I go about it? I'm pretty sure I would have but I'm now panicking that these are from 2018 and unsettled. Thanks!

You'd know if you'd paid CCJs.

And since they're unsettled, you didn't. You'll need to contact the creditors and make payment.

Have you moved around a lot ?

There would have been a long process of debt collection, letters, calls, a letter before action, then a claim form, and ultimately a letter from the court saying the judgement had been granted, and you never received any of those ?
