Beware Shell broadband 'cease fee'

Now that my contract with Shell is over I am looking to change providers. However, Shell have informed me that when I do this I will have to pay a £15 'cease fee' I don't know if MSE are aware of this extra fee because I'm sure it wasn't mentioned in the MSE compare tool when I signed up to this contract. Anyone else been charged this?

If you search "Shell", you will find that there are several other threads on this subject, you signed up for it in their Ts & Cs, so there's nothing you can do.
