Highview Parking Charge With Parking Voucher

Just to update this thread - I decided to find a way to contact some of the seniors at the retailer, mentioning something along the lines of it being 'uncormfortable to know that they are unwilling to exert even the smallest of efforts to their loyal customers, while other retailers do, and that their shafting of me, caused by conflicting parking options on their website, would cause untold hardship during a pandemic that other customers had a right to know about'.

The same afternoon of sending that email I had the manager from the local branch asking me to send him any fines and he'll get them cancelled. I forwarded the current one to him and I've just received a letter today from Highview saying they have cancelled the charge.
