However, it would make sense for a car that they know to be authorised for 3 hours per day, should be on an exempt list.
Of course it should, but, as you know, they make no money doing that.  :)

Have you complained to your MP?

Many judges regard these claims as a waste of court time, not a proper BOC at all. read this

Upon re-reading all of the newbie stickies, I still am sligthly stuck with what to do.

Firstly, the letter I received states 'we are writing to you because either you were the registered keep at the time of parking, or the registered keeper has named you as the driver at the date and time of the event' - as the vehicle is leased, presumably the latter applies (though I'll probably avoid referring to myself as the driver, and instead as the leasee/hirer?). To note, it is only addressed to 'the company', and not me personally.

Secondly, the letter contains an image of my car entering and leaving the car park so it would be hard to challenge lack of evidence? I spoke to 'The Gym' today, and they say they don't get involved in parking matters, but just to send them the online history of my gym sessions as evidence I was there.

After reading POFA, I'm not sure what it would achieve requesting they look at it, expect making them annoy the lease company by having to give them various hire agreements which they have no interest in withholding?

Since The Gym won't assist with this notice, I realise I need to submit an appeal to Highview directly, but I'm really not sure what it should say? If I was to send them gym usage history (though the issue is the method of registering parking), they would probably take that as an admission of being the driver and that it's irrelevant as the parking was registered incorrectly and there's no dispute I was using the gym?

Sorry guys, I really appreciate any help with this... a potential £2k+ bill from the blue 2 months before christmas during a pandemic is an absolute diaster.

As for attaching proof that an OCCUPANT OF THE CAR was using the gym, are you saying your car only has one seat?

Oh come on, you have the easiest one to appeal known to man (and this woman!).  It's HIGHVIEW.

Just copy any other, no need to check.  You will see what I mean when you read other threads about Highview...

or, I did tell you to read the current (today) CP Plus one, or the APCOA one, and copy that.  No link given.

This is not going to take anyone hours. These threads are one page one right now:
Just do the same as I just told the person with the Tesco APCOA PCN, and the person who just won v CP Plus...so simple
