If they have changed the date of the course and it does not suit your circumstances then you should in the first case apply to them for a refund and if they refuse then you should go to your credit card company
it is an open and shut case - the course was supposed to apply on date x and now it is date y which is not what you signed up for
Also Chargebacks do not cover your consumer rights. They are card regulations that Visa/Mastercard have in place.
Sadly not a open & shut case chargeback wise.
Retailer will contest on the basis it is still available.
Never accept 'store' credit/vouchers where you can get a refund at the outset.0 -
They didn’t offer a refund there old terms and conditions said We could cancel for a full refund If done 28 days before the course starts! When We accepted the new date the conditions were still the same it’s only the last month they have plastered no refunds on the site which I didn’t sign up to when I paid0

Presumably when you paid and signed up though they sent you terms & conditions via email - which would mention refunds ?0

When they were unable to make the original date, you could have charged back at that point and they wouldn't have had any real defence.preables said:They didn’t offer a refund there old terms and conditions said We could cancel for a full refund If done 28 days before the course starts!
