Car hire and additional charges

I booked an automatic car via a comparison site and paid and received the voucher, on arrival in Spain I presented the voucher, Licence , Passport, DVLA Check etc and then declined the insurance excess, presented the credit card for the holding deposit. Then signed on the small electronic pad and received the paperwork and keys.
I eventually found the car (no help from the car hire staff) to find it was a manual (not automatic), went back to the desk and queried only to be told they dont have any automatics, (they refunded the difference at the office), and said they would call me the next day when they have a car (no phone call). I then realised that instead of putting a hold on the credit card, the car hire firm have take an additional £514 (Fuel deposit, Damage deposit and an insurance contract). I am trying to get the money back and not getting anywhere with the UK Car Trawler, the Spanish company does not respond to emails, calls etc.
I returned the car on time, no damage and have dashcam footage for the 11 days we hired the car for, plus photos and video when we had to accept the car.
Can I claim this back under Section 75
