    I thought Steve Clark's performance was just as bad as all the other spokespersons that the BPA put on TV, and to say that Parking Eye had "recalibrated their systems" just meant; I will say something to fob the viewers off as I really know ANPR should not be used at this site.
    In fact surely the real answer here is that the ANPR should be turned off all together. If the entrance to the car park and the other area is shared it (as always) is not fit for purpose
