Thanks,I became partially disabled in recent years due to a car accident, and rely on amazon for pretty much 80% of purchases much more in recent year,'s but over all buy around 200 items a year ,during covid has been a godsend,, I did research and found threads all over with items ,laptops, etc being returned and the item missing from the box. So are you still banned?dekaspace1 said:KatrinaWaves said:You’ve sent back ‘hundreds of items’? Hundreds?! I mean clearly they’ve decided you are dodgy and not worth dealing with if you are returning hundreds of items.Anyway does your postage receipt have a weight on?
Has happened to me in the past, Amazon and Ebay, especially Ebay because items can be fake, not as described, broken etc and both decided I was returning too many items so banned me, for me it wasn't hundreds of items though id say 100-200 items over say 5-8 years but don't forget this is because I buy mostly small items under £10 often under £5 or even £3, it becomes a bit unfair to let things slide as even if I go by the lower costs and lowest estimate i.e £3 100 times thats £300 I would of lost out on.Dony worry,be happy...0 -
I have nothing but praise for both Amazon and Hermes ( my favourite courier) and I agree with the majority of views on this thread, especially hybernia's post.

Not criticising and it does no harm, but it actually proves nothing. I know someone who does this but it is part of his scam. In between the photograph of the goods being placed in the box and the one weighing them at the post office the contents had been swapped.hybernia said:We photograph every stage of packing up the goods, including closing the box and taping it up.I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!1
