Time to give a score for Definitely Maybe .... I cant bring myself to give it more than 6/10 and that is being generous! I feel it dragged on too long .. not enough laughs (though what the lady behind me found to laugh at I dont know-perhaps she was American !) - I also seem to be in the minority as I did not like Juno at all - far too whiney Amerian slang that I found hard to understand at times - cant even rate it as we left before the end!

I am with you for both films one too long, the other too twangy:T :T :A

  • The good news is, thanks to happy miser, we got two tickets to see 'The Bucket List' at the o2 in Greenwich on the 11th.
The bad news is the cost of parking there!
IS THERE A WAY TO AVOID OR REDUCE THE RIP OFF £5 PARKING FEES O2 CHARGE THERE? Thanks

I don't know myself, but have you thought about parking somewhere not too far away - i suppose you could get less cost parking, if any cost at all
do o2 not validate parking then?
    Haikus are easy
But sometimes they don't make sense

Travellingbum - Seriously, unless you have to drive there, just get the tube to North Greenwich, its right there at the O2. No hassle about parking fees.

You can even make a night of it - if I'm not mistaken (please correct me if I am) all the restaurants at the O2 currently have a special discount available.
:D if you don't have anything nice to say, keep schtum.

I know what you mean about the price of parking. According to their websites, if you buy a ticket then the parking is free, but I'm not sure if free screenings count. It's worth asking when you get there for future visits maybe.

The Odeon one is good for driving there as it's free parking (or a packed bus ride from North Greenwich), but I usually just take the tube for the O2 one. Or you can park at the Odeon, then take the bus (about 3 stops) to the O2? but I guess that defeats the purpose of taking your car..

Yes. Take the tube. The O2 couldn't me more directly at North Greenwich station.

Not all but most, between 12 and 2pm for lunch and 8 and 10pm for dinner only, until 1 March. There is a link to the voucher somewhere on the O2 site, if I find the direct link I will post it.
