looks like a scam to me
notice how they say 'our newsletter is completely "spam" free'
So that means that if you sign up you'll be sent their newsletter
Not only that but it will probably be all spam - they put the inverted commas there for a reason, IMOHaikus are easy

Who do I need to show my printout to for admittance - do I swop it for tickets at the ticket desk, or something else?

No, you just look for signs for what screen it is on at and hand the printout over as if it were a ticket.0 -
