NS&I ISA

I have monies sitting in this at 0.9% and was considering transferring a maturing Growth bond to it too later this month. However I see that the rate reduces to .1% in November. I therefor will  transfer to another ISA provider (assuming the rates warrant are still around). 
How well do NS&I perform on ISA transfers.
How tedious this is becoming, continually moving monies around for small gains.

Poorly, according to other threads on the subject, so don't hold your breath, although unless you withdraw and deposit somewhere (if you have ISA allowance headroom to do so) you don't really have any choice in the matter....

I'm far from NS&I's greatest fan (its yo-yoing on rates has been shambolic and it's functionality reminds me of dealing with Post Office bureaucracy c.1970) but I must say the transfer of my NS&I ISA that was confirmed today was both efficient and quick. It takes two to transfer though, so some of the performance will depend on the the comany to which you are transferring.
