I've had exactly the same problem with a large payment from SP LTD. My bank could provide only the payer's bank name, the last four digits of the account number, and the transaction reference. Alas (after almost an hour waiting) I found that the payer's bank wasn't allowed to give me any more info.... Searching for SP LTD gave no exact hits and no close hits that could help me....0
