Flexible Stocks and Shares ISA Providers?

Currently I am with the Share Centre who offer an excellent service. Very soon they are amalgamating with Interactive Investor. The Share Centre allow customers to have the benefits of a Flexible Stocks and Shares ISA. From April 2021 Interactive Investor states that they will discontinue Flexible ISAs and will only provide a regular stocks and shares ISA, which has much less benefits. Does anybody know of a company similar to the Share Centre that offers the following (or as many as possible!):
- Flexible ISA
- Mobile app for buying/selling
- Ability to buy US shares
- Telephonable UK-based customer services
- Corporate actions team

I haven't checked all your boxes but you could look at Charles Stanley Direct. Percentage fees provider not flat rate though

You could consider IG.com ; their ISA is flexible, AFAIK, and they give you the ability to buy US shares, have an app, phone customer services etc. I don't actually have an ISA with them and only really use them for spreadbetting but the technology platform is decent.
Barclays Smart Investor is also flexible (I'm not a customer, I just know they have a product).0
