Buy ready made, ready rolled puff pastry. It should come complete with its own square of greaseproof paper.
Fry sliced chicken breast with bits of bacon and herbs. (Sliced onions too if you like.
Put puff pastry on baking tray. Put mixture along bottom half of puff pastry. (Leaving half the pastry so you can fold it over). Fold other half of pastry over mix. Do the pressy thumb print thing to seal edges together on the 3 sides.
You can put beaten egg over the pastry top to get a golden glow.
180 degrees for 25 mins or so.
