Hi, I need a signature witness for a land registry form. I 'm struggling to find someone who meets the criteria on the ID3 form. One of my friends is a regulated mortgage advisor for one of the big banks, he the guy you see in the branch not the call centre guys. Would that count as a bank official? I can't seem to find a…

Yes - take a look at section 1.3 of our PG 67A which lists ‘Bank official or regulated financial adviser’. It reads to me that he is both based on your description.
As far as other posters mention we are open, our phone lines are available between 8.30am and 5pm now. And we are largely working from home.
