Any tips for entering competitions on an iPad?

I’m hoping to get back in to entering competitions again but I don’t have a computer anymore. Does anyone have any tips for entering competitions on an iPad? It feels like it takes much longer.
For some reason every time I open a competition in a new tab, I’m signed out of moneysavingexpert, for example, so can’t click that I’ve entered or thank the poster.
Still trying to get used to the new forum too!

I enter on an iPad, have never had that problem. I use safari (but I never know why that's relevant!) Are you a new iPad user? Maybe it's something in your settings? Sorry I can't be more help.

I don't know anything about using an iPad but a suggestion I came across was that you may have Private Browsing turned on.
If you can open Safari, click on Tabs then click on Private, to turn it off.

While Private Browsing is on, Safari appears black or dark instead of white or gray.

To Turn Off Private Browsing

• Open Safari on your iPad.
• Tap the new page button (Tabs button).
• Tap Private, then tap Done.

sunshineandlollipops I’m on iPad no probs. 

Recently we have been able to sort by date order which is great.

To do this under Martin’s pic at top left of page you need Forum home.  Competitions time .

On iPad you need to be in landscape. (iPad on its side). Then 

Sort.   Hot   Filter all statuses   Should come up on top left.  If it doesn’t re tap Competitions Time then change sort  to closing date and Filter to open.  

Main board then sorted in date order. 

The end dates are at the end with 00 then current date.     Once you have done this you can turn your iPad back to portrait (upright and enter as you wish.).    Hope this makes some sense. 

To search on iPad again turn to landscape and page numbers come up plus the purple search button.    You can enter comps from search and click entered or skipped but this does not show up on main board.   There are lots of other more advance searches to explore.

Have you tried opening the links in a new tab instead of clicking on it? I find that a lot easier when comping on iPad.

Fantastic, thank you all very much for your help. The settings were on private and I’d missed that.
