I remember the other thread now - I commented that to win the lottery it is a 45 million to one chance - the odds are the same now for you to get anything back .
No solicitor firm will take you on unless you can afford to pay their legal fees, which will quickly rack up in a case like this - so IMO more bad money after good.0 -
I bet if it was the other way around, the Chinese would be 99% gaureenteed to recover the debt, and we'd be praising them for it and moaning as to why this country is so weak in comparison.
