Mobile tariff challenge ... HELP NEEDED
Hello,
I am looking on behalf of family. My brother is a business user. Is or as on 02 MAX and came to me saying his monthly bills are too high ... his bills are coming in at £250-350 every month! Incredible I thought.
Now he has the thing glued to his ear for many hours each day, is with 02 and would like to stay with O2 (don't ask me why!, when they've fleeced him for this long!) So before I hit the tariff comparison websites. I am looking for many x network minutes, many texts, handset not an issue, an 18 month contract ... An ideas, tips, deals, advice please?

How many minutes? And is he just calling landlines & mobiles? It sounds like he might make a fair few 08 or 09 number calls

Most normal contract minutes you're gonna get is about 2k - try business packages they go up to ridiculous amounts & will probably suit him better.Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...0 -
With your brother being a business user usually the firm would organise him a line via the Office Manager or IT guy etc ..........
I know that Voda and T-Mob have business customer websites with (obviously) tariffs aimed @ businesses.
Woulda thought that O2 would recommend a package for your bro, since (at least to them) he's a cash cow, they should be biting his arm off to retain him!0 -
