Premium bond win payment

I have Premium Bond prizes paid by postal warrant (I wish)
I want to change this option to pay into my bank account. The instructions said to
1)  Go to "profile"
2) Go to "Prize options"
3) Change
I do this but am not given the option to change anything. What am I doing wrong?

You need to go to nominated accounts not prize options.

Tried that but it just gives the nominated  bank accounts for my Income Bond and Direct ISA accounts. The Premium Bonds are not listed as I haven't  nominated a bank account yet.

Having your prizes paid straight into your bank account is quick, easy and safe. If you win, we’ll let you know the good news by email or text message. You’ll then normally receive your prize money in your bank account by the 7th working day of the month.

To set this up:

You’ll need to make sure you’re registered to manage your savings online first. Then simply log in, go to 'Your profile' in the top menu and click 'Your prize options'. Click 'Change', follow the instructions and remember to click 'Save' when you've finished.

Try clicking on your accounts, premium bonds, change details, and then prize payment and/or nominated account.

My wins were paid into an external account and received 8th Sept, and 8th Oct, so, hopefully OP have their money now

Nope. Still not working for me. Will have to ring them when life more normal.
