Aldermore do the valuation report then once this checks out they will underwrite. We used a broker, so never spoke to Aldermore. After the valuation came back they asked for one months bank statements, employers reference (due to furlough), COVID impact statement & proof of deposit.0

Hi all
i have an application in with Aldermore at the moment (5 December). We originally had an app in with Vida but they declined as we are buying a coach house and said that doesn’t fit their criteria. We have the valuation/survey by aldermore booked in for 13th Jan. does anyone have any timeline as to how long a decision will take from that point?
