Oh that’s not the news you were hoping for. Fingers crossed new mortgage gets approved. Is the credit score of 644 from Experian?

The credit score will be what the lenders algorithm has assessed the information provided during the application and on the credit files, it's not the credit score seen by us when we look at our credit files; that score isn't seen or used by mortgage lenders only the credit history is.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

I find it odd your broker has took you to Bluestone as they are pretty much the last lender for those of us with proper adverse history.

@Wilson777 we received our offer from aldermore at the beginning of December. They did come back a few times with requests for paperwork. Just make sure you send straight away, lead time is 5 days to review once received. Really happy with the service we received & should hopefully be completing  early Jan.
  • @Denspe congratulations to you guys! Feel happy for you guys
  • @Denspe did you get an offer subject to valuation?  Did they ever called you directly if you used a broker ? Once they satisfied with valuation report did they request more information?
