Uber threats

Hello everyone,
I'd like some sort of advice where possible please.
Uber's trying to claim a 2nd £21 off me by saying I did a chargeback at the end of September for an order I placed at the start of August. The only reason they haven't just taken the money is because I changed cards in the meantime because my card details got stolen and used for Uber rides somewhere in Birmingham (100+ miles away from me)

I showed them unedited screenshots of my bank account to prove that I didn't (because I didn't) but their system apparently says I did.
They said they'll go to a debt collector if I don't pay the outstanding balance..
What could I do? My income has been hit by covid leaving me with no money to pay, and I don't really want to seeing as I don't owe it but they don't want to accept my evidence.
They have now blocked my account until I pay it. I often rely on Uber for my groceries because they send a lot of discount codes, making it cheaper than Asda or Iceland a lot of the time and I want to go out as little as possible because I'm vulnerable.
(Also my apologies for my writing style, I am not too great with words.)

Let them take it to court, you show proof you didnt charge it back, and you win.1

Hi,If your card details were stolen, you have obviously contacted your bank to inform them of this, so any fraudulant transactions should be refunded by the bank, this should include a chargeback also, have you actually told your bank about this ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hi, the food order was paid with my PayPal balance, and the only chargeback/refund I got from my bank was the £3.94 of one of the Uber rides. Uber's customer service didn't mention the refund of the ride I never took, only the £21 food order.sourcrates said:Hi,If your card details were stolen, you have obviously contacted your bank to inform them of this, so any fraudulant transactions should be refunded by the bank, this should include a chargeback also, have you actually told your bank about this ?0 -
It's not that I don't think I'll win, but they've blocked my account and my partner's account is having issues as well so it'd be much more difficult to make food deliveries now.bradders1983 said:Let them take it to court, you show proof you didnt charge it back, and you win.
I almost wish I could just pay it off and have it over and done with, you know?0 -
Raise an official complaint if any of this is indeed truthful.0

Just because this is a new account and I'm not part of the community doesn't mean I'm lying.D3xt3r5L4b said:Raise an official complaint if any of this is indeed truthful.1 -

Yes, but I used them for groceries. I can live without takeaways but the groceries can be difficult to come by.bradders1983 said:
