Hi.The Jaja app was put on my phone yesterday or Friday. Tried registering for it today. All seemed to go fine. Except it asked me to enter my pin code. Then it said enter new pin code and confirm this new pin code. So I did. Now I can't seem to register or I don't know if my registration has been successful. Did try calling PO CS, but they are closed at this time.
Anybody have success/problems with registering for the Jaja card?

Yes, I managed yesterday to register as a (now former Post Office CC) customer and can use the Jaja app.Only problem I had was when I was going through my details on the app and my home address was slightly transposed. I corrected it but it said to contact Jaja Customer Services by telephone. I did this and they said they had problems with the app due to the number of customers registering and to check it again today (Monday).1

I have just registered and signed in...
One warning - I checked Direct Debit and previously on my Post Office account I had it set to take a £50.00 payment each month, for some reason this had been set to £9.00 on Jaja!1 -
I am experiencing massive issues with JAJA. So far a really awful service, Problems Problems Problems!.
I cannot access my usual post office account. This is because I am now a JAJA customer - oh yippe!. (this only happened the weekend). So i follow the online, instructions to access my account. Guess what, whichever way I try, still no joy. So what have i tried, so far?
1. Online through a normal browser - go to JAJA website click on 'moving to JAJA' option for registering. I get to part to entering in a 'PIN', nothing happens. Now when i visit the same page the, page goes blank ( all white page - even tried on a desktop computer and mobile phone same problem).
NEXT 2. Download the app, really do not like having any app for banking, especially with an unknown firm. but i feel as though this is the only other option. - Guess what, download the app ( the newer android version, as it says on their website ) just the JAJA logo, the app does not load pass the logo on the screen - absolutely rubbish - don't companies user test anymore???.
NEXT 3. I give them a call - guess what no one available till tomorrow - what use is that to me?!?!?!?, i want access to my account now - hang on - just pinch myself, yep... it is 2020. What firm thinks it can operate, during a transition phase, by having customer service 8am till 8pm? - rubbish. Yes, I get it, once everyone is onboard after a month or so, but at first, with any firm taking on old existing customers, need to do more and offer 24 hour service. I'm sure someone would like a job at the moment.
Hey, Martin Lewis - have a word with this lot, they may have, what appears a swanky website, but thats it, its not fit for purpose, nor is the customer service element, which is key, especially during any transition period, when card companies buy other card companies for 500+ million.2 -
Thanks for CS opening times. I didn’t find this on their website.0

its all rather messy with the new Jaja. I've managed to log into the new website where I can't scroll down on the transactions screen. My payment is due today. I had a DD for the full balance set up and there is a message saying DD submitted however I can see no other evidence on the credit card or the account that the payment should leave from that is has gone through. I tried to call them to check but gave up as was on hold for so long.
I haven't downloaded the app yet as it has terrible reviews and I prefer to use web browser. I have a feeling I might be binning this card.0 -
I wanted to register about 3 weeks ago, it said my records didn’t match. So I phoned them, 48 minute wait btw. When I finally got through they said that it was a temporary problem and that it should be sorted soon and they advised me to keep trying. 3 weeks later the same issue and I can’t check my transactions and balance. Very frustrating and if anyone knows a way round this, I’d be delighted to know.0

By far the best way around this is to change credit card providers as soon as you are able0
