If me and my wife have a joint account and I already have an ISA joined to the same account, can my wife join with her ISA she has with the same bank already to the joint account?

I'm not sure what you mean by having your ISA joined to your bank account.
If you both have ISAs with the same bank as your joint current account, then when you log on to online banking you'll see the joint current account and your own ISA. You will not see your wife's ISA.
When your wife logs on to online banking, she should see the joint current account and her own ISA - not yours.0
