    Have you ever had an acc with them?
    How is the money being taken, DD or on a card?  If DD then cancel it.
    You need to tell Giffgaff that you maybe a victim of fraud if you've never had an acc...

    Ask GiffGaff what's going on, then  come back with full details. Do NOT cancel a DD before resolving.

    If you are sure you have never signed up with giffgaff and the payment is being taken by card then you need to report the payments to your bank as fraudulent transactions. This issue unfortunately crops up fairly frequently on giffgaff's own forum, and the general consensus on there is that if you don't actually have an account with giffgaff then reporting it to them is a waste of time as they will refuse to discuss it with anyone except the (giffgaff) account holder.

    Wont be a DD if its anything like what they do to me, they take a tenner a month on my credit card so the OP has a CPA with them.

    As per above, my GG account is paid by credit card via a recurring £10 goody bag. (It is easy to turn off the recurrence and/or change the next planned goody bag via their online/website portal).
