Yes, probably named because the Mosquito fighter bomber was designed at Salisbury hall, which is near to Hatfield.

It's the old De Havilland factory site, now redeveloped into a big business park and uni campus. If you go up the A1M, y'know the big tunnel under the Galleria shopping centre? It's just west of there.

There's another one in Farnborough. Similar aircraft connections.
