The way I look at it is ...
You took out insurance , you agreed to the terms and conditions then you decide you want to change the terms and conditions.
As lisyloo stated the correct terminology is to ask them to let the policy lapse once your in the last 30 days.
Asking to cancel can cause confusion and initiate admin charges in some cases.0
