Contact Easyjet to change flight

Options
We want to change our flights from this October to next October (2021) but these flights aren't released yet.
The only option currently I can see is to change. We would be quite happy to have  credit note till they release the next flights, but can't find a way of speaking to anyone.
I've tried 'send us a message' but wonder if they will have time to reply???
Any bright ideas?

Find a flight as late as possible in the schedule and change them to that, and then change them again once the late 2021 dates come out.

easyJet won't give a credit voucher if you are choosing to cancel/move the flight.

Currently you can move flights without paying the change fee upto 14 days before travel.  Note you have to pay a fare difference if one is applicable.  If you can't find flights you want that are currently on sale, then bradders suggestion is the only real option.  Try and find some flights that have no fare difference, or a very small one, and move your booking to those, then move again later on.

If we choose something with a lower value, do they offer any form of refund?

When you go in to change it, it only tells you if its more. If its the same or lower it will just say £0.

    Many thanks again both
Maybe we'll just add a suitcase to make up the difference! :D

It doesn't work like that I'm afraid.  There will be no difference to make up.... if it's a more expensive flight you will have some to pay, if its a cheaper, or the same price flight, you can move the date for £0.

    Hmm, interesting, thanks.
Do they work on the value of our total expense in exchange for just the new/replacement flights?
We paid £285.96 for two flights, £18.98 for seats and £1.98 for a suitcase (special 99p offer) = £306.92
Do we just look for flights to the value of £307 to exchange?

Just to update, confirm and thank everyone here ....
A bit of a lottery  ;) because e.g. you paid a tenner of outgoing and a hundred for the return it doesn't add the two together to make a total it takes the individual flight prices so we swapped our outgoing one for eleven pounds and the return one for £101 so we paid an extra £2 per person and the reserved seats and suitcase stayed with the booking.
    Result!!!
A most generous offer from EJ in my opinion
EDIT - we also have flights for 3 family members who were flying out on a £206 flight and back on a £28 flight - the combination of these is proving difficult 🤷‍♂️ - will try again tomorrow with a clear head!
