Which box to Pause and Rewind

Hi, I've cancelled sky and got an Amazon Firestick which I'm really pleased with but miss being able to pause and rewind live Tv. I just need something simple not all singing and dancing as I'm not really tech savvy. I've read some threads detailing different leads, coax's etc but not sure I would know what to do. Has anyone any ideas as to which would be best.

A Youview or Freeview Play box if using the aerial fro TV. A Freesat box if you want to keep using the dish.
