Well, I have checked the agreement signed in that day, and is not stated nothing about getting any refund back or partial. Only describe, I can cancel this agreement in 14 working days. Now this lead to next question, what if my deposit was bigger, 1k or 2k ?

Therefore by just what you have written - you have no claim for the return of the deposit.
You cancelled the agreement within the 14 days - they keep the deposit.
As I say that is my opinion from what you have written.

Unless I'm missing something, you've not said what the contract actually says?

It would also depend what the deposit is for - if to cover processing costs or just to reserve the vehicle etc.

Deposit was to cover processing costs, this initial deposit of £100 paid from £1300 total deposit.
